By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agree with these conditions.

♠ THE COMMISSION PROCESS
• Before commissioning me, please understand that I am a college student. My studies and my grades come first, and I draw in what free time I have when I have it. For this reason, I ask any prospective customers to take this into account when commissioning me. If you have any kind of deadline or expectancy for when the work is finished, please let me know, and we can work something out.• I am currently operating on an 8 slot commission queue. You can check my current availability on either my trello or my twitter.• Contact me by email ([email protected]), or by any of my art platforms. (mawnsterteeth on twitter, tumblr, and furaffinity). Please use the following format or a variation of it in your initial message:
○ Commission type
○ Character references
○ Relevant character information (ex. name, personality, background, the dynamic between two characters, etc.)

○ (OPTIONAL) Pose references
○ (OPTIONAL) Specific details (ex. expression, color palette, additions, etc.)
○ (OPTIONAL) Any questions or concerns• Written descriptions and/or at least 2 visual references are required.• Please do not email me "are your commissions open?" It just saves a lot of time if you have your references and thoughts ready when you contact me!• Please have your references ready when you contact me! Again, this saves a lot of time.• Payment is 100% upfront, through a p/@y/p@| invoice. I will not start your commission until the invoice is processed.• If for any reason you want to stop the commission and receive a refund, contact me. If you want a refund before I send you a sketch for approval, I offer a full refund. After I draw the sketch, I offer a 75% refund. After lineart, I offer no refund, no exceptions.• I will send you 3 updates; sketch, lineart, and flat coloring. Please include any alterations, changes, or details you’d like to see changed/edited/added upon update.• When the final artwork is done, I will send you a high res, unwatermarked .png file. If you’d like other versions, such as transparent, cropped, or .clip file, please let me know.
♣ MY RIGHTSI keep all rights over the commissioned artwork. I do not make artwork for commercial use. This means:• I will NOT make artwork for free, for exposure, or for other alternative payment.
• I will NOT make artwork through contract.
• I will NOT make artwork to be printed, redistributed, or sold as merchandise.
• I will NOT make artwork for non-fungible tokens, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or anything of the sort. Uploading my art as an NFT violates my intellectual property and this terms of service.
• The artwork is my intellectual property, and as such, I retain all rights to my work. The artwork cannot be distributed, reproduced, published, printed, or profited from without my written consent.
• I retain rights to distribute my artwork on online galleries, portfolios, self-promotion, or price examples.
• I can reject a commission request without giving an explanation.
• I will credit you as the commissioner and/or character owner where the commission is displayed unless you specifically request to remain anonymous.♥ YOUR RIGHTS • You cannot publish, make merchandise of, nor print the artwork or alterations for profit.
• You cannot use the artwork in commercial or non-commercial projects or organizations.
• You cannot upload or sell the artwork as a non-fungible token.
• You cannot claim the artwork as your own.
• You can print the artwork for personal use.
• You can share the artwork on your social media, personal accounts, and websites as long as credit to me is included or my watermark is visible on published versions.
• You can use the artwork for icons, blog or profile décor, cover photos, channel artwork, backgrounds or discord and twitch emoji.
• You can request to keep your name or user private when I submit the artwork online.
• If you sell rights to a character I draw, the new owner must also abide by these rules when submitting, reprinting, posting, or distributing my art in any way.
♦ I REFUSE TO DRAW:• NSFW content for people under the age of 18.
• NSFW content of people under the age of 18.
• NSFW content of characters that do not belong to you, UNLESS I have the written consent of that character owner to draw them.
• Pedophilia or childlike characters in sexual situations.
• NSFW including noncon, semi noncon, or forced sexual abuse.
• Extreme fetish art, such as watersports, scat, cub, raceplay, or ageplay.
• Fetishizing or dehumanizing material towards transgender or gender non-conforming persons.
• Anything including or implying hate for LGBTQ+ identities.
• Anything including or implying offensive or hateful material towards communities, cultures, genders, or sexualities.
• Illegal material, such as children or childlike persons in sexual situations or zoophilia, beastiality, feral animals with humans, or other forms animal abuse.
• Any artworks intended to be minted into a non-fungible token.♢ I ACCEPT DRAWINGS INCLUDING:• Dragons, scalies, or reptilians.
• Armor, robots, mecha, or mechanical.
• Cyberpunk, science fiction, and whimsical fantasy.
• Robotic limbs and robot characters.
• Elves, humans, orcs, or D&D races.
• Exotic or alien creatures.
• Monsters.
• Demons.
• Heavy gore, body horror, fight scenes, violence, weaponry, and blood.
• Fanart or gift art.
• Pairings or ship art.
• Softcore NSFW or “tasteful” art
• Nudity, erotica, kinks, and other adult NSFW themes.
